SERVICE DETAILS (Sip & Paint Package): Step 1: Choose Location (Please review FAQ to confirm availability and locations) *Private location or venue provided by client * Beach (additional fees may apply) * Parks (additional fees may apply) Step 3: Choose desired Date and Time Step 3: Complete Booking Form Step 4: Submit booking request WHAT'S INCLUDED (Sip & Paint Package): * Beverages: Each luxury picnic includes 1-2 bottles of wine or the equivalent of 2-3 cocktails (or non-alcoholic beverages) per person. We will contact you to arrange your drink of choice. *Set-Up: Picnic table featuring décor thoughtfully curated by our team * Assorted pillows/cushions and blankets * Teepee or umbrella (Choose one) *Or upgrade to a large boho- chic tent * Wine glasses * Cups, water, bucket, and ice * Additional table for food and drinks (depending on add-on services requested) * Bluetooth speaker * Board games and outdoor games (available upon request) * Add-Ons Options Paint Supplies: * Paint supplies or craft supplies (paint, brushes, palette, apron, brush cleaner, napkins, stencils) * Canvas, wine glasses, or bookmarks (choose one) * *Add-Ons Available for Purchase Pricing: * Sip & Paint Package: $299 * Group size: 2 * Duration: 2.5 hours Important Information: -Our Sip & Paint experiences are pre-arranged experiences that are offered as thoughtfully curated designs/ activities and can accommodate up to 6 guests. For larger groups, 4+ hour events, your selected private location, or customized requests, please book a private event. Note: Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please include your selected add-ons in the package selection form. Cancellation Policy
Our Policy *Non-Refundable Deposit Fee: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, applicable to the base package cost only. The remaining balance, including the base package and any selected add-ons, will be collected upon further communication. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to your event. We do not proceed with the setup unless the full payment is received and your event will be automatically rescheduled or cancelled if payment is not received on time. Taxes are collected per state and county regulations. Applicable sales taxes and surtaxes are determined by service location and added to the final invoice. *Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. Any changes made within 48 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit, which will not be credited toward a future booking. Please note, we do not offer refunds, only credits for rescheduled events. *Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you the day before your picnic to discuss rescheduling options. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and you may choose a new date without penalty. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. *Picnic Liability: You are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during your event. In such cases, you may be charged for the replacement or repair of the items. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents, including those involving live fire. Please do not leave your picnic unattended. If you wish to leave early, kindly notify us at least 15 minutes prior, and we will make arrangements for an early departure. *Liability Waiver: By attending our events, you agree that Musas Events is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event, whether on our premises or at a private location. All participants assume full responsibility for their safety and actions during the event. Musas events is also not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event. *Behavior & Respect: We expect all attendees to behave respectfully and courteously towards others. *Allergy Disclaimer:We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Our setups may include or come into contact with common allergens like dairy, nuts, grass, etc.
